The Time Balance Department (Korean: 시간관리국, sigangwalriguk, "Time Management Bureau") - often abbreviated as the TBD - is a highly clandestine, woefully understaffed organization dedicated to maintaining the harmony of the multiverse and the stability of the cosmos. Run by a mysterious chronokinetic, a powerful entity known to most as simply the Director, its agents are tasked with keeping core timelines stable and in working order.
The TBD made its official debut in Cookie Run: Ovenbreak on October 23rd, 2020, with the release of 4th Anniversary Event: Operation Timeguard! Since then, it has been widely expanded upon with a variety of recurring characters and storylines.
